So many parents get custody or have visitation rights even though no humane society would allow them to adopt a cat. There is always judge that believes a child needs both a mother and a father. Since when does procreating make you a parent? The law favors the children seeing both parents when possible. They want to see shared custody. Usually in a divorce that is hostile one of the people or perhaps both of them are not all that sane. The court will appoint a guardian ad litum to check the home situations out. The lawyers come in and file paper after paper to hold up the courts. Depending how the judge sees the lawyers is usually how the cases go. The judge gets tired of hearing all the stupidity of the lawyers and opts for an equal parents rights custody agreement. Many states still favor the women as having sole custody. Depending on what part of the country you live in could determine how judges normally rule. I would love to see more weight on what the guardian at litem has to say about the cases.

There were about 20 people there, all of whom seemed to be having a good time. Cindy was glad she had decided to host the gathering. She had invited her friends and her workmates. The two groups of people she spent the most time with had never really been together before. She was enjoying walking around listening to everyone talking. It was funny how different the two groups were. Yet, they were a lot alike as well. Cindy worked at a video processing company. They edited and reproduced video for movies and television shows. None of her friends worked in the film or video business. Their jobs were quite varied in fact. She heard Jeff and Travis talking. Jeff worked with her. He was asking Travis what he did for a living. &ldquoI am a facebook help phone line operator.&rdquo &ldquoI didn&rsquot realize facebook had a phone help line.&rdquo Cindy had to laugh because that is what she had said when Travis had gotten the job. One Insane Motorhome Trip posted on 28 April 2012 in Holiday and Travel Well I had not owned a motorhome when I had decided to take my family on camping trip around old mans cave five years ago, though I was considering looking at motorhomes to rent. My husband had forgotten to bring the rain cover. It was about ten in the evening when it had begun to rain very hard. I had noticed that the tent was getting wet inside. I woke my husband and told him to run to the car and find something that would cover the tent and keep the rain out. An older woman in her late 60s had an old fashion type RV. She was yelling at my husband and telling him that he should bring the family in, there was plenty of room and the kids would stay warm. At first he was hesitant, and then he saw that the winds were picking up and the thunder was getting louder causing the kids to scream. So he came back and rounded us up and we all joined the woman inside her RV. It was much warmer and a lot less wet in there. She had pictures hanging of her grandchildren and she was full of stories. Around 1 AM her cell had rang. It was her oldest son his child had a very high fever and was rushed to hospital about twenty miles from where we were. She looked at my husband and told him that she was terrified to drive in this type weather and asked if he would mind taking her. First he thought about taking the car and leaving us behind when the older lady had reminded him that she would really prefer to take her RV. It could be a long night. He started up the RV and drove to the hospital. When we had arrived the woman went inside and I followed. She was very shaken by the news the nurse was giving her. Apparently her grandson was brought there, but then was rushed to a hospital an hour and half in the direction we had just come from. I could tell by the look in her eyes we were about to make a much longer trip then expected. We drove to a hospital in Columbus Ohio. By the time we had arrived her grandson temperature was reduced. Her son had told her he had tried calling her many times, but could not get through the older woman then looked at her phone and realized that instead of hitting the end button she had turned the power off. Things were going much better now. My kids were waking up and looking in disbelief that they were no where near the camping ground. After a couple of hours passed and her grandson was in much better shape we started heading back. As we approached a town called Lancaster the front right tire went flat. The woman explained to my husband she had no spare, but she did have roadside service available. After two hours a truck arrived to take us all to the closest repair shop. After we arrived at the shop the kids began to complain about being hungry. So we took a walk to a local fast food place, sat there for about half an hour. We had asked the woman to join, but she insisted to stay with the RV. The kids were done, my husband came out of the restroom and we headed back to find that she was already gone and to not drag this out, it took two taxies and $70 of cash to get back to find our tent gone and a ticket on our car. To me that was the most insane trip.

I'm not much of a photographer - certainly not as good as my friend who is a portrait photographer - I just don't seem to have the eye for it. But, I still try to take pictures when my kids come home, like at Thanksgiving. Almost the pictures of my childhood were lost, so I really treasure the few that I have. So, I have always tried to take plenty of pictures of my kids, even though it doesn't come naturally to me. My strategy is to just point and click, a lot. If I take enough pictures some of them are bound to come out OK. I'm so glad digital cameras came along, they are perfect for me, I can just delete the pictures that are no good. I have a 4 month old grandson, so of course 80 percent of the pictures had to be of him, and everyone had to get their picture taken holding him. No matter if your pictures are of high quality or not, some day in the future it's the pictures that you didn't take that you'll regret.

I used to go there all the time because it had great prices on drinks and they had live bands on the weekends. The beer placemats would list the up-and-coming bands and I'd often plan my week around the entertainment this bar had to offer. There were plenty of ladies there and you could dance all night. It was homey and very friendly and you got to know a lot of people and enjoy the live entertainment or just sit at the bar and enjoy the conversation. Even on the weekdays you could go there and play great selections on the jukebox or play the games they had and have a great time. I often miss the great times I had there and wonder If the bar is still there.

I did the same thing and got the password back on the same day that I asked the website to give me another chanced with it. It is good not to forget anything leave alone passwords. I live in a tiny apartment were most things break once a month and the windows are drafty. It would be cool to have built my own house. I'm not too bad at home improvements either, having recently added some assa lock fittings to the property. Imagine the awe of people when I tell them that I built everything myself. And if anyone ever said something bad about my house I could just say: 'Have you ever built your own house?' and they wouldn't say anything bad about the house again.
